Natech Ltd has developed a range of industrial cleaners which cover many applications and processes.
Our cleaners use, where possible, naturally occurring and sustainable materials which are safer for the user and the environment. All products are fully biodegradable and do not contain skin sensitisers.
We are currently working on some new, state of the art cleaning technology to add to this range.
Natech ASF2
A neutral cleaner that has aerospace approvals
natech ASF2 is a formulated, “neutral” liquid cleaner designed for cleaning aluminium and alloy surfaces, steel and cast iron. The product is inhibited to prevent any etching of alloy substrates and gives moderate residual corrosion inhibition to cast iron and steel parts. natech ASF2 is formulated from plant-derived surfactants and sequestrants and does not contain silicates, caustic alkalis or NTA. This ensures a very safe product to use, with no environmental impact. The synergistic combination of these natural materials gives very high cleaning performance, and Natech ASF2 will remove a wide range of oils, greases and soils. This product is designed for power spray applications up to 100 bar spray pressure, and will not foam if used within the specified temperature range of 25 to 30C.
natech ASF2 is fully compatible with our pre-treatment technologies, simply requiring a rinse between stages.
Natech AC200
An Acidic cleaner suitable for use on lines processing mixed metals and before pre-treating with Natech ZP or PF.
natech AC200 is compatible with both natech ZP and PF technologies so can be used as a pre-clean where no inter-stage rinse is available. Since it does not contain phosphate it is an ideal choice for lines running natech PF.
AC200 is a reactive cleaner, which means that it reacts with the metal surface, activating it ready for conversion coating and ensuring a waterbreak-free finish. A reactive cleaner also helps to improve paint adhesion and thus potentially increases salt spray hours.
Natech Engine Degreaser
A heavy-duty, water-based degreaser suitable for use in all degreasing applications, including engines, chains and sprockets, can also be used in parts washers.
Natech Engine degreaser is kerosene free and non-flammable so can be used in confined areas such as small workshops and garages. This product is used as supplied and cuts through dirt and grease with ease. Excellent at removing oil stains from hard surfaces such as factory floors and walkways.
Engine degreaser does not damage painted surfaces, so can be used to wash down handrails and other painted surfaces in industry.
